In the morning of Thursday, 3rd February 2022, H.E Gen. Prof. Seng Phally, president of the Police Academy of Cambodia presided over at the reminiscence ceremony with 48 graduated students of Master degree of Police Science, 8th batch, at the Police Academy of Cambodia.
