On Thursday afternoon, 29 August 2019, the Police Academy of Cambodia held a Closing Ceremony on OPERACY Training Curse  “Key to Success through Personal Empowerment and Leadership”, co-organized by HEDC International and the Police Academy of Cambodia, presided over by  H.E, General Prof. Seng Phally, president of the Police Academy of Cambodia.

At this closing ceremony, H.E, General Prof. Seng Phally, president of the Police Academy of Cambodia expressed his thanks to the honor guest speaker Prof. ChristoPherLee and the colleagues of the HEDC International for taking their opportunity to be honor guest speaker for the 3 days OPERACY Course conducted at the Police Academy of Cambodia. This is a contribution to the training of national police, the prison officers to become a good police officer with professional ethics, and it helped the trainees to further succeed in their lives through the application of the key successes in life, personal empowerment and self-reliance, by not completely dependent on external factors, fate, predetermined destiny and luck.

Moreover, this course helped to strengthen the core value, change of individual mindset, confidence building, professional ethics, collaboration and good communication within the family, team members and the community as well as improving leadership skills, institutional management, especially building up a sense of responsibility and honesty of staff or officers; and it highlighted the key to staff or officers motivation to encourage for willingness to perform the tasks with accountability and honesty.
